Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use the App.
• If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian before registering or making any bookings.
• By using the App, you represent that the information you provide is true, accurate, and up to date.

2. Account registration

• Users must create an account to access services such as ticket booking and payment processing.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
• TREK GROUP PTY LTD is not liable for unauthorized use of your account.

3. Ticket booking & payments

• All bookings made through the App are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Payments are processed securely via Paystack or any other payment provider we may designate.
• Once a booking is confirmed, you will receive an electronic ticket or confirmation code within the App.

4. Cancellations & refunds

• Cancellation and refund policies are subject to the terms of our transport partners.
• Where applicable, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable time.
• TREK GROUP PTY LTD reserves the right to charge administrative or cancellation fees.

5. Acceptable use of the App

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful or fraudulent activities.
• Interfere with the operation, security, or functionality of the App.
• Copy, distribute, or modify any part of the App without prior written consent.

6. Intellectual property

• All content, trademarks, and technology in the App are owned or licensed by TREK GROUP PTY LTD.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely for personal purposes.

7. Privacy & data use

• Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• By using the App, you consent to such processing, including sharing necessary data with transport and payment partners.
• Users under 18 should ensure that their parent/guardian understands how their personal data may be processed.

8. Limitation of liability

• TREK GROUP PTY LTD provides the App on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted or error-free use.
• We are not liable for delays, cancellations, losses, or damages arising from the use of third-party services, including underlying transport operators.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking in dispute.

9. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms & Conditions.

10. Changes to terms

• We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
• Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised terms.

11. Governing law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
• Any disputes shall be resolved in South African courts.
